We schlepped over to Notting Hill to have our eggs and bacon at Bill's today - he obviously couldn't secure the name Bill's so he's plumped for Granger and Co instead. As we were walking over there - I was imagining that in London where there's so many places to eat these days that there'd be no way he'd be as popular as he is in Sydney - wrrrrrrrong. There was no way on earth that we were waiting the 45 minutes we were told was obligatory - not even for the sweetcorn fritters, side of avocado salsa and crispy bacon. Instead we went a few doors down and had the Mexican version instead - sweetcorn rolled in chilli and cheese - amaizing.
